Mission & Vision Statements

My love for Fitness and Health did not begin the way most people might expect…..

After dropping out of University where I was studying Economics, I found myself in one of the darkest and most uncertain periods of my life. I felt lost, alone, and completely unsure of who I was or where I was going.

What pulled me through was movement. I started going to the gym, sometimes twice a day, not because I had a plan, but because it was the only place where I felt like myself. The more I moved, the more I healed. I realized that I absolutely loved moving my body and physical fitness as an entire form.

This realization changed everything, I made the decision to go back to school, this time for Fitness and Health, and two years later I graduated with a whole new sense of purpose. Along the way I discovered Pilates. To me, Pilates was grounding, empowering, and deeply connected to the kind of wellness I had been chasing through my own struggle. I pursued my certification through Breathe Education and it remains one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Today, I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Older Adults Trainer, Pilates Instructor in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. But more than the title or certification, I am someone who knows how it feels like to feel invisible, unanchored, and completely unsure of where you belong.

RENOUVE Wellness is the result of that journey. It is a testament to what is possible when you allow yourself to struggle, to heal, and to rise. And it is a space where you are completely and unapologetically allowed to be you.
